Psychedelic Preparation and Integration: This is a 1-hour coaching session. If this session is prior to your psychedelic journey, your coach will help you prepare for your journey, create a conscious set and setting, identify and minimize risks, set intentions, and visualize goals and outcomes for your psychedelic journey. If this session is after your psychedelic journey, your coach will provide support while you unpack your journey. Your coach will then help you identify insights and make sense of them.
